The project and contact
B52 Arabic is a free, individually operated project publishing Arabic game localizations, articles, news, guides and resources. The brand name does not identify a registered company or establishment.
Approved contact channels are listed on the contact page. For privacy, copyright or security concerns, begin with a limited message through an available official channel. Do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive files. External communication services have their own policies.
Browsing and downloads
There are no visitor accounts or email subscriptions. Public localization requests and voting are available as described below; older support and tracking forms remain disabled.
Delivering pages and files requires hosting and network providers to process technical connection data, such as an IP address, request time, requested path and browser information. These support delivery, security and troubleshooting. Disabling forms does not eliminate technical data processing.
Prompt customization and copying work in your browser. We do not send your customized text to an AI model or to the site server. Do not place sensitive information in shared links or external services.
Cookies and local settings
No marketing cookies, advertising or tracking tools are enabled. Your browser stores your dark or light theme choice locally. Sharing may use your device’s sharing service when you choose it.
Private administration uses a secure sign-in session and necessary security cookies, with restricted permissions, rate limits and an audit log. An administrator account is not a visitor account.
Service providers and processing locations
Railway runs the application and database. Cloudflare provides domain services, file downloads and private encrypted backup storage. Healthchecks receives backup-operation signals, not request contents or backup data.
Processing can take place outside Saudi Arabia. The current application runs in the United States, and current R2 buckets are in European regions. We do not promise Saudi data residency.
Retention, protection and recovery
Browsing or downloading does not create a localization or support request in the site database. Administration, security and any previous request data remain private and limited to their purposes and permissions, subject to documented lawful retention grounds.
The target operational policy uses eight-hour administrator sessions, review of closed requests after ninety days, and ninety-day audit retention unless a documented right or dispute justifies retention. Provider infrastructure logs follow their settings and terms; we do not assign an invented universal retention period.
Private encrypted recovery backups are created daily. Deleting data from the database does not immediately remove it from an earlier backup. We do not claim complete erasure while a decryptable copy still contains it. An independent erasure ledger prevents data marked for erasure from being reintroduced after restoring an older database. Absolute security is not guaranteed.
Data rights and reports
Applicable law and exceptions govern rights to information, access, correction, a copy or erasure, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the processing basis. We do not rely on assumed blanket consent for every activity.
Contact an official channel and identify the right you wish to exercise without sending unnecessary data. Identity verification should be proportionate; requesting sensitive documents is not the default first step. You may contact the competent data-protection authority through its official channels.
Policy changes
This policy describes the free reading and download edition from the stated effective date. Re-enabling forms, adding tracking or introducing paid services requires separate review and an explanation of the new processing before activation.
Public localization requests and voting
The request board needs no account or email. It collects a game title or page link, platform, optional description and optional name/nickname and picture. Do not send sensitive data or information about other people. Arbitrary submitted links are not fetched to generate images.
Your specific submission consent covers review and public display for community voting. After approval the fields and optional picture become public, may be copied and may be indexed by search engines. Pending and rejected requests are private. We record the notice version, hash, consent time and purpose; previous consent is not reused for a new purpose.
Profile pictures are decoded into small static images without metadata; the original file is not retained. A moderator adds game covers after reviewing their source and publication rights. An accepted picture does not verify a person’s identity.
Voting uses a necessary protected cookie lasting up to thirty days and a derived database identifier to reduce repeat voting from the same browser. The identifier is not public. Rate limits use a derived connection or browser identifier according to security settings. These identifiers are not absolute anonymity, and clearing cookies may change recognition. Clicking vote requests storage for this purpose; votes can be undone.
A published request and its votes remain while displayed for this purpose. You can withdraw using the private code shown once after submission. Keep it private; it helps verify your request. Withdrawal stops display and voting and removes current votes, but does not erase historical backups. Closed or rejected requests enter retention review after ninety days, subject to documented exceptions. Contact an official B52 channel for other data rights. We do not claim final erasure while a recoverable backup still contains data.
Requests and votes are processed by the hosting and backup providers described here, including processing outside Saudi Arabia. There is no marketing mail or sale of request data. The older support and tracking forms remain disabled.
Optional external support
Choosing a PayPal or Creators support link opens an independent external service. Merely viewing B52 does not load their checkout, tracking scripts or embedded content. These links suppress the referrer header.
The provider processes the information you enter there under its own terms and privacy policy. Information it makes available to the recipient may be visible in that provider’s account. B52 does not collect card details or automatically import payment records into the site database.
Website feedback
The optional feedback form collects a score from one to five and an optional comment, without requiring a name or email. It is used internally to improve B52. Neither comments nor individual scores, counts or averages are published. Please do not include personal or sensitive information.
Your specific consent, notice version, hash, time and purpose are recorded. A derived browser identifier and necessary protected cookie reduce repeat submissions; they are not proof of a unique person. The operator alone can view and review feedback. The same hosting, processing locations, protection and encrypted backups described in this notice apply.
You can withdraw from the same browser after submitting. If you revisit, submit once to reveal the withdrawal option without creating a duplicate. Withdrawal stops active use, but does not erase historical backups. Feedback is reviewed as needed and closed feedback enters the existing ninety-day retention review, subject to documented exceptions. Other rights requests use the official contact channels.
